Dr. Austin Blankespoor grew up in Rock Valley, IA. During high school, he became interested in a career in the medical field. After graduating from high school, Austin attended Northwestern College where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in Biology – Health Professions. He continued his education at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry where he graduated with his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. As part of his education, he did a rotation at St. Luke’s Dental Clinic where he received additional training in pediatric dentistry.
He is excited to return to his hometown to provide comprehensive and compassionate dental care to his patients while staying at the forefront of advancements in dental technology.
Dr. Austin has been married to his wife Dominique (also a Rock Valley native) for two years, and they have a young daughter named Aliyah. In his free time, Austin enjoys spending time with his family and outdoor activities such as golfing, hunting, and fishing.
